After that an account will be automatically created on the service, there  you can learn about the functionality using test data or upload goods of your own (up to 200 items).

In the demo version, the user has access to the main functionality of the service. It is an opportunity to create planograms, store plans and equipment. The free trial period lasts 30 days.

How do I upload products to the service?

The goods for the service are loaded from your database. If a new product appears in the database, it is automatically added as a result of the daily data update.

What to do if there are no pictures and parameters of goods to upload to the service?

On the PlanoHero service, after connecting, the option to synchronize goods with the Listex electronic catalog is available. More than 60,000 SKUs with photos, sizes, descriptions, TM, and manufacturers are available in the catalog.

Also, Google search is integrated into the service. It helps users of the service to find and download product images.

Furthermore, you can use the PlanoHero Size App to collect product data. With its help, you can quickly fill the database with the sizes of goods and their pictures.

How are goods laid out on the planogram?

After service connection and equipment creation, you can start creating planograms. You can create the layout of goods on the planogram manually, using autolayout, or set up layout rules.

Autolayout is generated on the basis of historical sales, turnover, profit, and number of receipts. When placing goods on the shelves, the service calculates the percentage ratio of these indicators specified by the user. Grouping of goods by categories, brands, and suppliers is available in the auto-display.

The service also provides setting up the rules of the layout. It allows the grouping and sorting of products with several levels of nesting. For example: Category> Brand> Feature or Category> Supplier> Shelf. And you can apply these settings as a rule for different stores and different categories.

How to send a planogram to the store for execution?

The PlanoHero service provides functionality that makes it possible to send a planogram for execution directly from the platform interface to the store. It is possible to send both one planogram to one store, and all planograms to all stores in the chain in just a few clicks. Store managers will receive them in the PlanoHero App, through the web version of the service, or in a telegram bot. And there is also an opportunity to download a complete set of planograms in xls- and pdf-format and send a document to the manager by mail, if necessary.

How to control the execution of the planogram in the store?

After completing the layout execution, the store manager has to send a photo report. He can do this with the PlanoHero App, web, or Telegram bot. The planogrammer will receive a notification about a new photo report in the PlanoHero service. He will be able to immediately check the correctness of the layout and confirm its execution. And in case of incorrect execution, he will be able to return the planogram for execution in a few clicks, pointing out the errors.

Is it possible to give access to other users to view or edit planograms?

On the PlanoHero service, you can provide access to an unlimited number of users, both for viewing and editing. Access can be limited by service blocks (Store plans, Planograms, Equipment, Products, Analytics) and by stores.

How much does it cost to connect to the service?
